Please complete this simple form to register your intent to help us in our charitable work which when returned to us will enable us to send the forms for your Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check with MTSFC. This is a requirement for all our volunteers, is completely confidential and will be carried out at no charge to you.

On completion of the DBS check we will send you more information about your role as a volunteer and how to register for any of our many events.

In addition: Please know that your induction process as a Volunteer with the Masonic Fishing Charity requires you to be DBS cleared.
